Terms of Service
FledgeKit™ is currently in a pre-launch, demand-testing phase. These terms govern access to the website and the waitlist signup only. No commercial contract is entered into, and no payment is collected.
1. Scope and status of the service
These terms apply to all visits to fledgekit.com and any subpages operated by Dmitry Dugarev ("FledgeKit™", "we", "us").
FledgeKit™ is not yet a launched product. This website exists exclusively to gauge market interest and collect waitlist registrations. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell, a quotation, or a binding commercial commitment of any kind. By accessing the website or joining the waitlist you acknowledge this pre-launch status.
2. Joining the waitlist
Submitting the waitlist form means you are expressing interest in a future product and consenting to receive a single launch announcement email (plus occasional product updates you can unsubscribe from at any time). It does not constitute:
- a purchase, pre-order, or reservation of any kind;
- an agreement to any specific price, module set, or service level;
- a guarantee that the product will launch or that you will receive access.
There is no fee to join the waitlist. You may request removal from the waitlist at any time by emailing [email protected] or using the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.
3. Pricing and illustrative figures
All prices, savings estimates, and cost comparisons shown on this website — including those in the interactive calculator — are illustrative examples only. They are based on publicly available list prices of third-party SaaS tools at the time of writing and on estimated infrastructure costs. They are provided for informational purposes to demonstrate the concept of the product, and they:
- do not constitute a binding quote or offer;
- may change before, at, or after product launch;
- are not guaranteed to reflect actual costs you would incur;
- are not a representation of the savings any particular customer would achieve.
Final pricing for the FledgeKit™ managed service will be published in a separate, binding terms document before any payment is ever collected. No payment will be requested until that document is in place and you have explicitly agreed to it.
4. Open-source components
FledgeKit™ is built on open-source software. The individual tools (Twenty CRM, Plane, n8n, Outline, etc.) are subject to their own respective open-source licences. The DevOps tooling that assembles the stack will itself be released under the GNU General Public Licence v3 (GPL-3.0) — meaning anyone who distributes a modified version must also release their modifications under the same licence. It will remain free to use for self-hosting. Use of this website does not grant any licence to any software beyond what is already granted by the upstream open-source licences.
5. No warranty
This website and all information on it are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no representation that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information is accurate, complete, or up to date.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FledgeKit™ and Dmitry Dugarev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or the waitlist service — including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Personal data
Data collected via the waitlist form is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms by reference.
8. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist subscribers by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the website after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree, you may request removal from the waitlist at any time.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions. For consumers within the EU, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence apply in addition to these terms.
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform for consumer disputes at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board at this stage.
